Hello Super Cute!
In this tutorial, you will learn how to decorate some beautiful Tea Towels for Thanksgiving with Silhouette Cameo. If you have Cricut or another cutting plotter machine, you can use the format supported by your software and follow the tutorial.
Gratitude is the greatest of virtues, and that is why we must celebrate Thanksgiving by being aware of all the gifts that are given to us every day.
“Expressing gratitude is courteous and honorable, acting with gratitude is generous and noble; but to always live with gratitude in the heart is to touch the sky.”
Thomas S. Monson.
When you download a design file from the Library, it automatically downloads in SVG, Ai, DXF, Studio3, and Webp formats.

**If you do not have this element you can use a towel.
Note: Remember to wash the garments before transferring the heat vinyl. Also “mirror” the designs before cutting them, and place the heat transfer vinyl in the machine, glossy side down and dull side up.
Transfer Process
Preheat the fabric of the cloth before transferring the design, more specifically the area where you are going to transfer the vinyl. This will remove moisture and improve the adhesion of the HTV.
Use a sticky roller to remove lint from the fabric and improve the adhesion of the vinyl.
Elaboration of the Tea Towel “Thanksgiving”
To make this design I suggest you use a cloth made of striped fabric, HTV matte white and chocolate brown, and HTV with red glitter.
Place the first layer of the design on the cloth symmetrically, and help yourself with a ruler… You don’t want a crooked design!
Begin the transfer of the design in layers, using the heat press according to the directions and settings in the Cricut Heat Guide.
Protect the layers of HTV that are already transferred on the cloth, with the support material that you previously removed, in order to prevent the heat press from deteriorating it.
Tip: Remember to strip (remove the support material from the HTV) as recommended in the Cricut Heat Guide.
This cloth will look beautiful in the kitchen!
Preparation of Kitchen Towel “Give Thanks Always”
To make this design, I suggest you use a cloth made in striped fabric, HTV matte white, chocolate brown, turquoise, and brown.
Place the first layer of the design on the cloth symmetrically, and help yourself with a ruler… You don’t want a crooked design!
Begin the transfer of the design in layers, using the heat press according to the directions and settings in the Cricut Heat Guide.
Protect the layers of HTV that are already transferred on the napkin, with the support material that you previously removed, in order to prevent the heat press from deteriorating it.
Tip: Remember to strip (remove the support material from the HTV) as recommended in the Cricut Heat Guide.
It turned out beautiful!
Congratulations, your Thanksgiving Kitchen Towels are done!
