Gratitude is the greatest of virtues, which is why we must celebrate Thanksgiving by being aware of all the gifts given to us every day.
“Expressing gratitude is courteous and honorable, acting with gratitude is generous and noble; but to always live with gratitude in the heart is to touch the sky.”
Thomas S. Monson.

Materials and Accessories
- Silhouette Cameo 4
- Standard grip adhesive cutting mat
- Automatic Blade (AutoBlade) or 1mm manual blade
- Matte Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV): I used white and coffee brown
- Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV): I used bronze color
- Table runner made of gray and white striped fabric
- Heat Press: I used EasyPress 2 from Cricut*
- Press Mat: I used Cricut’s EasyPress Mat**
- Spatula, hook, scraper and ruler (Silhouette accessories)
- Rubber roller
- Free Design Templates: Download them at the bottom of this article by clicking here.
With domestic iron:
- Parchment paper
- Domestic iron
- Towel
*If you do not have this element you can use a domestic iron.
**If you do not have this element you can use a towel.
Note: Remember to wash the garment before transferring the heat vinyl. Also “mirror” the design before cutting it, and place the heat transfer vinyl in the machine, glossy side down and dull side up.
Preheat the garment for 5 seconds before transferring the design onto the vinyl.
Place the first layer of the design symmetrically, help yourself with a ruler, you don’t want a crooked design!
Transfer the first layer of the design using the heat press, according to the settings on the Cricut Heat Guide.
Remember to iron the garment on the back to improve the adherence of the vinyl.
Perform the stripping of the first layer (remove the support material from the HTV), according to the instructions in the Cricut Heat guide.
Position the second layer of the design symmetrically. Remember to protect the first layer with the support material that you previously removed, so that the heat press does not damage it on direct contact.
